Who are team JAG?

James started JAG Building Services in 2022

James started his career after qualifying in brick laying at just 17-years old. He then went onto spend over 10-years working for an established building company. After being made redundant James took the plunge, and with his decades of knowledge, skill & hard work, he created 'JAG Building Services'.

Since then he's been entrusted with redesigning people's dream kitchens, renovating forever homes and becoming a recognised preferred supplier for the NHS & regional School trusts.

Outside of JAG, James is a keen F1 fan, but most of his time is spent with his biggest fan, his 3-year old Daughter, Ellie. 

Nick joined JAG in 2024

Nick qualified as a painter & decorator over 20 years ago and has perfected every skill in the book. Nick manages all the of the painting within the JAG portfolio and supports the larger project management.

Nick brings with him over 20 years industry experience and whilst being an expert painter.

Outside of JAG, Nick is busy with his family and attends a lot of football, a massive arsenal fan. Nick also has a super fan, 3-year old Ellie, who often prefers Nick to her Dad James.

Matthew joined JAG in 2026.

Matthew's industry experience spans over 5-years of specialised indoor and outdoor aquatics design & maintenance, but also 3-years of luxury high-end landscaping design. Some of his customers included famous footballers & household TV presenters!

Matthew has an incredible eye for detail and quality assurance and is a pivotel part our project sign off's & handovers.

Outside of JAG, Matthew is a keen cricket fan, but rarely gets the chance to watch a game without his niece or nephews taking over.
